This Privacy Policy explains how Teccio collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Teccio social media management platform.

We collect information needed to provide the service, including account and organization information, brand settings, content you create or upload, scheduling information, and service usage data.

2. Connected social media accounts

When you connect a supported social media account, we may receive account identifiers, profile or page information, authorization tokens, permissions, and other information provided through that platform's API. We use this information to provide the connection, publishing, scheduling, and analytics features you request.

3. Content and media

We process captions, posts, images, videos, and other media you provide so that we can store, organize, analyze, schedule, and publish that content according to your instructions.

4. Artificial intelligence

Content and related context may be sent to third-party AI service providers when you use AI-assisted features such as caption generation, rewriting, hashtag suggestions, calls to action, media analysis, or content planning. We send only information needed to perform the requested feature.

5. How we use information

We use information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service; authenticate users; connect social accounts; process requested publications; provide analytics; enforce usage limits; and troubleshoot service issues.

6. Service providers

We may use third-party infrastructure, database, hosting, AI, social platform, and payment providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as necessary to perform their respective services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

7. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect stored information.

8. Account disconnection and deletion

Users may disconnect supported social accounts from the service. Requests concerning deletion of an account or associated personal information may be submitted to support@teccio.app.
