1. About the service

Teccio is a social media management service operated by Joel Santos. The service provides tools for creating, organizing, scheduling, and publishing social media content, including AI-assisted content features and social media analytics.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Information you provide when creating or managing an account must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Connected social accounts

You may connect supported third-party social media accounts to the service. You authorize Teccio to perform the actions you request, such as retrieving account information and publishing or scheduling content. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, analyze, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service and to carry out actions you request.

5. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate or transform content. AI-generated output may contain errors or unsuitable suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is approved or published.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious content, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or violate the rules of connected social media platforms.

7. Plans and billing

Teccio offers paid subscription plans with different feature, AI usage, and storage limits. Subscription fees are billed through our payment provider according to the plan and billing period you select. You can manage your subscription through the Billing section of your account. Plan pricing, features, and limits may change over time, and any applicable changes will be communicated as required.

8. Availability and changes

The service is currently under active development. Features may change, become unavailable, or experience interruptions. We may modify these terms as the service evolves.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, address abuse, or enforce these terms.
