User Data Deletion

Teccio users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@teccio.app from the email address associated with your Teccio account and include “Delete my Teccio account” in the subject line.

After verifying the request, we will delete the account and personal data associated with it, except for information we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or another social account to Teccio, you may also revoke Teccio's access from that platform's account settings.
